cannot send DCR to other wallet

Hi,

tested on Mac, Windows & iOS. We are unable to send DCR to other wallets. This is the error we get: 2020-08-24 11:51:53.173 [WRN] SYNC: 24.192.122.38:9108 reject(tx, REJECT_INVALID, fe1c8284f9787d796914c8285e9fee881ed5957e1126cc2b67274273f4e68064): serialized transaction is too big - got 1059336, max 393216

The transaction is too large, you will need to abandon it (dcrctl abandontransaction) and create new transactions that do not include as many inputs/outputs.
