mm: A few potential UX enhancements

A few things I've noticed that I believe would enhance the MM experience:

• Allow adding more funds without needing to stop and restart the bot Currently, if one side gets drained in a big move, there doesn't seem to be any way to recover without having to stop and restart the bot. Allowing limits to be specified, as it currently exists, is a great and important feature, but it's pretty common when doing MM to keep additional funds in cold storage until/if you need really need them to limit security risks.

• Provide a summarized view for all runs Currently, you have to manually go back through all of the previous runs individually to try and figure out the overall performance

• Provide a button to view the current settings for running bots. You can sort of already do this by trying to create a new bot for a running pair, but it doesn't populate any of the totals properly when using a manual configuration until you modify it in some way. It's probably because it's not an intended path. Ideally, the info pane for the running bot would have an additional button, perhaps next to the stop and logs button to view the settings the bot is running with.
