ui: max buy/sell (limit order form) shows/uses incorrect data (from wrong market)

I've noticed (running 1.0.0) Max Buy and Max Sell section of Limit order form are not correctly reset when I change the market (choosing, say, DCR-BTC market after I've fiddled with USDC-USDT one):

Note from screenshot above ^:

• my MATIC balance should have nothing to do with me trading on DCR-BTC market
• Max Buy and Max Sell values themselves are also based on my Polygon wallet (when I'm browsing DCR-BTC market)
