ui: market sorting in list on /markets is confusing and needs favorite pinning

Market sorting was supposed to be by 24 hr. usd-converted volume, I thought, but it's not quite that. Either way, users have requested a way to mark "favorites" with a ⭐ toggle to pin them to the top. We should also probably prioritize markets for which the user has active orders / running mm bots.
