ui: can't switch directly to identical market pair on different server

If there is a dcr_btc market pair on server A and also a dcr_btc market pair on server B, trying to switch from one to the other by clicking it in the markets list does nothing. Must be some filter to prevent unnecessary reloads that doesn't take host into account. Won't matter for almost anybody, but we should fix it.
