DCR Node gets stuck at 99.9%

This has happened to me a few times, even with open orders...Wallet is fully synced, and then I check it later and its at 99.9%. Only way to fix is to restart the wallet.

Had it happen to me too. Also had to quit and open again.

thanks for confirming it's not just me...I had thought maybe it was switching VPN on/off while using bison
