Dockerfile nodebuilder fix

[peterzen]

PR #2521 broke the build as it changed nodebuilder to the alpine variant, this fixes the git install.

Changed config directory to reflect https://github.com/decred/dcrdex/blob/master/client/app/config.go#L39
