ui/wallets: tokens shouldn't look like separate wallets

I see two options here.

1. Tokens should look like sub-categories of the parent asset.
2. Tokens should look like unique assets, but existing on multiple chains.

An important difference from a centralized exchange is that we can't bucket a token when it exists on separate chains.
