dex.decred.org is using Decredition 1.7.7 for downloads

https://dex.decred.org/ now links to v1.8.0 so it's a bit better, but now v1.8.1 is out.

A better place is the website repo (dexweb) but team members rarely comment there and they're not in the Watchers list. Anyway, I made an issue to update Decrediton links to latest: https://github.com/decred/dexweb/issues/42
