charts: remove Day Bin option for certain charts

The "Day" binning option does not make sense for many of the charts. For example, block size keeps the y axis label of "Block Size" but with any bin other than block, it becomes a cumulative size of all the blocks in that bin (not even an average, which would be more useful).
