Historical VSP data

Just ran across VSP historic data at dcr.farm, and man I want it in dcrdata too!

Something similar is available in the recent dcrextdata prototype, but it doesn't have the old data. The missed tickets chart is a bit messy bit is still a useful health indicator.

This will be a great resource for Decred Journal per our content plan.

Perhaps a collaboration is possible with dcr.farm (@astronaut in Matrix) to import the history into dcrdata?

Ideally, it is also available for researchers for download and incremental sync.

This feels like a job for dcrextdata, and importing old data is a challenge as you've said

noted, yes this should all be capable in dcrextdata as the backend engine to archive such data and can be integrated into the dcrdata front end whenever someone wants to take it up.
