Consider automatically adding a query parameter to URL after score changes

Discord caches the og:description of pages for long enough that the user can match it but have the description's score be a stale value:

(The second time this scratch was linked, the score was 0!)

We could perhaps have nextjs detect Discord's robot and only start doing the query param thing after we've met it.
