Improved searching

• Search more than just scratches (e.g. user profiles, projects)
• Search results page
• Use better search backend eg elasticsearch(@ethteck is the professional in this department)
• Filtering

I think changing to a different search backend is a larger project, and we can start with just better filtering and more refined search on scratches.
