This is the PR that will finish the ongoing work of #247 that had to be cancelled due to the merge of the scratch revision.

ToDo

  • [x] Make a hook for finishedTraining that either uses localStorage or sends API requests depending on whether you are logged in or not
  • [ ] Carry over the training scenarios to the backend, create an API endpoint for fetching these, add the necessary database models
