Navigation Buttons on the weather map

Summary: Introduce navigation buttons on the weather map to allow users to view weather data for the previous or next hour (or custom offset). This feature will enhance user experience by providing a more detailed and accessible hourly weather forecast, when the current time range is not fitting in the view. Then I can easily navigate to the time which I'am interested.

Description: Currently, the weather map provides a static display of weather conditions without the ability to navigate through hourly forecasts. To improve functionality and user interaction, I propose the addition of "Previous Hour" and "Next Hour" buttons arrowows. These buttons will enable users to easily move backward or forward in time to view weather conditions for specific hours.
