Email scripts looking for a maintainer.

I made a couple assisting scripts for sending emails to yourself whenever someone logs in or out via ssh for security and logging.

The script can also be used by clients connected to the router to send messages as in the older Vorta example.

They work at the moment but I'd really like someone else to fork the project and do a pull request to get it better integrated into amtm and maintained.
