Enable windows os

Hi, I noticed that this plugin was the only one of mine that did not work for windows. I went ahead and removed the error message and found that the only thing that I could find that was broken was that the cache directory was not being created pre mksession command. I don't know if there are any other issues that I'm unaware of, but this fixes the plugin for my uses on windows. Let me know your thoughts ...or if I'm completely missing something.
