video's tag not refreshing after applying tags

Describe the bug (This function works perfectly until version 1.12.3....all versions after 1.13 are the ones I've tested which have this issue.)

After tagging a group of pictures with a name, the picture appears to have not been tagged and repeating the same process makes no difference. Tagging a single picture works correctly occasionally.

There is an animation pre-v1.13 after applying a tag that all the photo thumbnail refreshes. There is no thumbnail refreshing animation after v1.13 and in-fact the details do not refresh so the picture appears to have no tag but appears tagged in v1.12.3 when tested with both version installed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select more than two photos
2. tag them with any name
3. It says "tag has been successfully applied"
4. See error as the photo has no tag.
5. Do a media scan and the photo now seems to have been tagged

Expected behavior after tagging a photo the metadata should refresh to show the current tag applied

Hardware: Huawei P50 Pocket Arm64-v8a Android 12 (Harmony OS 4.2-China Region)

P.S. Is there a hint JXL support coming anytime soon? Also since you app has been gaining popularity its no wonder google might have started to flag as malware out of the blue.

I can only reproduce this issue with mp4 files I guess...not sure if tagging videos was the only issue and not the pictures. But this remain true that there is no issue on v 1.12.3 and earlier.

All video files are affected by this issue but it works if I tag one file at a time. Here are some short samples that have this issue.

Hi again...could you please fix this bug someday? I haven't been able to use the latest version these past few months...even though the issue's most likely to do with differently implemented android 12 in Harmony OS 4.2 so I know I'm in the minority here but still I enjoy using your app....the earlier version 1.12.3 works in this regard so I've been daily driving it for a long time now.

... I also have been facing a minor issue that another user created for "Vault not locking when screen is turned off outside the app". My Huawei P30 had that exact same issue on android 10. On the Huawei P50 pocket's android 12 the vault would not close automatically and have to manually lock the vault or close the app.

and not being able to open JXL is like being handicapped right now so I hope you'll look into that as a lot of users here are hopeful.
