IPhone file submissions not working when clicking the "Choose files" button

When iOS users try tapping the file upload, they have to click the area around the "Choose files" button, if they click the "Choose files" button then no files show up.

Tested in Chrome and Safari. I do not own an iOS device to test on so this is only based on two reports I've gotten from users.
