Add custom URL path for each form

I'd like to set a custom URL path for each form instead of the random combination of numbers and letters. So for example instead of https://app.getinput.co/qQVs I'd like https://app.getinput.co/my-form. This also prevents people from guessing form URLs.

Also thanks for this tool, it's exactly what I was looking for!
