Integrate Year and Timezone in Meeting UI

Is your proposal related to a problem? Participants have difficulties determining the exact timing of meetings due to the absence of the year and timezone in the meeting details.

Describe the solution you'd like Enhance the meeting UI to display both the year and the timezone for each meeting. This information should be clear and visible in the meeting details, both in the index and show pages.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Given I'm viewing a meeting, when I look at the date and time details, then I should see the year included with the date.
• [ ] Given I'm viewing meeting details, when I look at the time of the meeting, then I should see the timezone displayed.
• [ ] Given I'm a visitor from a different timezone, when I view the meeting schedule, then I should be able to easily convert it to my local timezone.
