Resized image is not saved

Describe the bug When I resize an image in HTML editor, then save the record, the original size of the image remains in the editor.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Insert an image in a HTML editor
  2. Resize it
  3. Save the record
  4. See the image back to its original size

Expected behavior I expected the image to keep resized

Additional context Decidim : release/0.25-stable Decidim Awesome : 0.8.1
