Plugins implementing ICredentialStatusManager will need a higher level manager which will delegate the status management according to the method used in the credential status management requests, the same way it happens in the verification

Actually the idea is that the plugin implementing the manager interface is the higher level plugin, that manages multiple other credential-status driver implementations
