Setting the port from the cli is not reflected in console output and swagger /api-docs

Describe the bug When using the command veramo server -p 8080 the port number is not reflected in the swagger /api-docs endpoint nor in the console.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. veramo server -p 8080 (Must be a port number different from the one in your agent.yml)

Observed behaviour Incorrect port number in the generated docs.

Expected behaviour The correct port number.
