Discuss a matrix param to enable instant resolution of post-create DID operations

Much like initial-state, it may be possible to add another similar Matrix parameter to enable DID owners to immediately use their DIDs after subsequent operations beyond the initial create. We could call this parameter next-op, or something to that effect. Let's use this Issue to discuss the technical considerations and possible names for the parameter (if we decide to proceed).

Would the operations be able to be chained? I read that there can only be one operation per DID per batch. But since this isn't a batch exactly I wasn't sure if that restriction would transfer
