Add Support For DIDComm

CHAPI is one way of getting a VC from a website to a wallet, but it doesn't work well with mobile wallets or non web interfaces... If someone can explain how to add support to save a credential from a web page to a mobile wallet using DIDComm or any other mechanism, I can try and implement it.

Even better would be to open a PR that adds such support.
