Create UI NFT scroll section

As explained in https://www.notion.so/decentraland/PRD-Extended-Passport-c427c485ede9480bb106389f5a4441f7#630ecdbf5e1c4009925a47926e68f9ff we need to create a new UI element that will contain icons of NFT items, it will be scrollable and paginated.

Acceptance criterias:

  • [ ] The visible elements of the scroll are 4
  • [ ] The header name is configurable from the UI definition
  • [ ] The view all button can be enabled and disabled
  • [ ] We can move between pages with the visible arrow to the right and to the left
  • [ ] We can move by dragging and scrolling
  • [ ] If the total elements are less than 10 pages we have the pages shown as clickable dots below the scroll area
  • [ ] The icons are the newly created NFT passport icons ( made with issue #3316 )
