What does this PR change?

This includes Alex's Emotes Catalog changes + fixes from Anton done on top of it this week. We do not want to include new changes on dev that's why this PR is done from a separate branch

How to test the changes?

Check old and new emote types, Nico has a user with those added to his backpack to test
