CLI `dcl info` doesn't work for parcels that are not in an estate

Steps to reproduce:

dcl info 16,-88 (this being currently an example of a scene not in an estate) // expected: info about the land, such as owner, operator, and the scene.json for any deployed scene // actual: you get this error: \ Fetching information for LAND 16,-88Error: dcl info No estate provided, run "dcl help info" for more info.

Please give this more priority. It is a problem for checking a parcel operator rights when it isn't in an estate.
