"dcl info" doesn't generally work for Aetheria parcels north of x=150 or east of y=150

Although It seems this did work as of my note (8) in #533 it is now again not working for parcels such as 153,119 or 163,143

Strangely, it DOES work for the most extreme NE valid Aetheria parcel 162,158
