Web profile / Edit profile: user is taken to the UI, action phrase, and not to the profile

This issue takes place when the user tries to edit the profile while clicking on the edit profile option on the web

The user is redirected to the ui, instead of being taken to the profile

Steps to reproduce:

1- Go to https://decentraland.org/profile/ 2- Click on edit profile

Notice how the user isnt redirected to the profile, but to the UI instead
