Organic deployment timeouts on Foundation Catalysts

Some scene deployments can take a long time, well over 2 minutes. When this happens, Cloudflare times out after 2 mins of inactivity. These scenes probably span too many lands and ownership checking takes a lot of time. Using subgraphs, for a scene of n parcels, it could make 3 * n queries for checking for land ownership, operator permissions and estate. These could probably be either batched or run in parallel. For the new on-chain validations, batching is already happening, but this still takes more than 2 mins. We should see how we can do to speed up those queries.
