Worlds: Matchmaking

Enable the loading of the same World scene with different comms rooms so that new features as Games Matchmaking can be implemented.

Scenario: there is a world with a Poker table, you want to create a lobby in Genesis City, group players and start several games in the same Poker table scene but with different set of players in each game.
