The current Deployment process is completely manual for the Foundational and for the Catalysts Owners. Following the ADR https://github.com/decentraland/adr/blob/main/docs/ADR-21-update-cycle-of-catalysts.md The SQS queue could be used to automate this process using a Gitlab Job to send messages to the servers, servers could have different settings to listen to updates based on the SemVer like automatically update node on new patches, on new minors, always and calculating a random timeframe so that all the nodes do not update all together at the same time.
