Ban Users

The following request was done to the DAO https://governance.decentraland.org/proposal/?id=7d29f610-e656-11eb-89c8-f9c6d1f05e5b To ban a user for a certain period of time from the General Chan and Voice Chat due to verbal abuse. This poll was enacted and implemented fast in a hacky way in order to address the community request. A proper general support for this type of request may be needed in the future as with the scale of the platform these requests could be become more common.
