Component CollectionDropdown doesn't allow pagination

The Component CollectionDropdown is limited and doesn't allow pagination by UX design.

Should it be removed and the Single Items Page too?

We might need to talk this through with the UX team. I can't figure how we can display a paginated dropdown. At the moment, we're asking for all of them by putting a very big limit, but might be a problem at some point.
