Can't push changes to collections with emotes

🎉 Description

There's a known issue where emotes show as unsynced even tho they are not. This is because of this problem https://github.com/decentraland/builder/pull/2122, but there are also other issues. When the creator pushes changes, the approval flow for some reason skips the step for the approval of the hashes, and goes straight to upload, which then fails with an unathorized address error, and for some reason that address is not the same as the curator.
