Add a way to de-assign a Name from a Land (Parcel/Estate) from the table

Right now, this feature exists on the detail page of each Land. In there we can hover a Name to remove it from said Land, but this feature is really obtuse. Even after coding it I forgot we had it and stumbled upon it by accident

What if we add the same feature on the table that lists all Names?
