Hero image does not scroll

What is the current behavior? The hero image on index page scrolls in the background. https://gatsby-netlify-cms.netlify.app

However when i create my own repo and run it on localhost, it doesn't scroll. Any ide why?

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

I don't know if this was maybe a different version of the site but I haven't seen the image scroll @mecirmartin. Do you happen to know what browser you were using?
