UI - Put image from logo_url in the Header

Describe the solution you'd like The logo_url defined in the config.yml file should be added to the header.

Hi @bradystroud @Nrestrepo05 @erezrokah,

I think it would be great to have the logo replace the URL in the right of the header. Clicking on the logo would be a link to the base site. This will save room in the header and make it look cleaner.
