Obsidian Hotkeys (at least some) Don't Work in Cells

Describe the bug

When I want to introduce some text in a cell by using a hotkey that works everywhere across obsidian, nothing happens. It also happens, for instance, when using shortcodes or boxes to introduce emojis.

Steps to reproduce

• I'm inside a cell, formatted as text.
• I press ALT + H, the hotkey I use for introducing current time. Or use : shortcode for entering an emoji, or obsidian plugin command hotkey to open a box to enter an emoji.
• Nothing happens (as opposed as anywhere else in obsidian where the current time/emoji would be inserted)

Expected behavior

To hotkeys to introduce text, emojis, etc., to work as everywhere else in Obsidian.

ALT+H isn't default Obsidian behavior for inserting emojis. Which plugin is this?

I use ALT+H for inserting the current time (not emojis) through the plugin Natural Language Dates, which I do a lot when using markdown tables. I can't do that on Dataloom and it would be very useful.

@trey-wallis I also came across this issue when attempting to make text bold or italic.
