Looks like some cookies(`bili_jct`) are required for bangumi series to get premium formats (other videos are fine) I re-exported cookies (with bili_jct), now it works. The api(`https://api.bilibili.com/pgc/player/web/v2/playurl`) works with/without bili_jct....
