Cannot mkdir GeoIP folder in /usr/ on MacOS Big Sur 11.5

So, I just found out after hours of troubleshooting, that you cannot write anything to the root folders in Big Sur. I even tried to turn off SIP and I still got "Read-only file system"

So, the line : "COPY GeoLite2-Country.mmdb /usr/share/GeoIP/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb" will not run.

I believe moving the GeoLite installation to the usr/local/share folder will correct the problem.
