Add way for user to list node-ratings, etc. that are attached to entries they can no longer access, enabling them then to delete those derivative-entries

Benefit: Lets say someone publicly rates NodeX; the creator of NodeX then ends up making the node private; the person who rated NodeX changes their mind and wants to remove their public rating; with the described feature, they would be able to do so, avoiding the annoyance of having an "unremovable rating" perpetually recorded.

Drawback: Provides a way for users to "see when a hidden node gets deleted" (ie. rate NodeX, then scan for when their rating gets deleted, thus leaking information on whether hidden NodeX still exists).

While the drawback above exists, I think the benefit outweighs the drawback.
