[Feature request] Add Vulkan support

I was wondering if you could add Vulkan support so I can use Nvidia RTX HDR. RTX HDR is not compatible with OpenGL.

The graphics are handled by nCine game engine, so it depends on them whether or not they add Vulcan support. So you can express your interest there. If they see enough interest, maybe they'll prioritize it more.

Nvidia GPU users on Windows 11 can activate RTX HDR via the NVIDIA App, which works in almost all games (DX9, DX10, DX11, DX12, Vulkan, OpenGL) as long as they are running in fullscreen exclusive or borderless mode
