Scrolling rows only scrolls data cells not row number cell on left

Scrolling rows only scrolls data cells not row number cell on left. That is the row number 1 for example stays in the same place even though the cells are scrolling.

Same issue occurs in the mobile Obsidian App 0.0.17

Is it loading all of the data? #3 was going to be the same bug but then I noticed it hadn't even loaded all of the rows
