Update to the latest Obsidian API version

As other users mention in the 9th issue, the plugin didn't work anymore. So I updated it and it should now work.

I update all the package to the latest version and change some reference to be compatible with the new API.

PS: So, that's the second pull request because I'm a bit stupid and delete the previous one...
