CUB name hiding for Better Rolls for Savage Worlds

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The hiding names feature of CUB doesn't work on Better Rolls 2 for Savage Worlds.

Describe the solution you'd like Support for hidden names in the BR2 chat cards. Either by adding it to BR2 or some other magic.
