Add support for PF2e damage messages to Hide Names

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

https://i.imgur.com/bsG99NA.png - PF2e has a message that doesn't conceal the creature name. Otherwise the module works beautifully for concealing creature names to the players. Except this one spoiler. Would you mind looking into concealing this particular instance?

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like for PF2e chat messages confirming damage dealt or healed to also conceal the creature's name.

Describe alternatives you've considered I can turn off the message, but it's foundational to the UX of PF2e in my opinion and turning it off is too disruptive.
