Add PDFoundry Support/Compatibility to Condition Lab

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to be able to point the clickable links created in the chat cards at a PDF available via PDFoundry.

Describe the solution you'd like Dragging and dropping from PDFoundry into a Journal creates text, such as @PDF[SR5|page=170]{SR5 Core (p. 170)}. I would like to be able to paste this same text string into the linking field in Condition Lab. Clicking on the condition name in the chat log would hand off to PDFoundry to open the target.

Describe alternatives you've considered Right now, I either have to duplicate the text from the PDF into a Journal entry, which is a lot of work for the DM. Alternatively, I could just put the PDFoundry link into the journal entry, but then my players are always having to click two links - one click right to the PDF would be far more elegant and UX friendly.
